The Sloane consists of two historically preserved homes connected by a brand new addition joining all three spaces into one, blending new and old. Along with an outdoor patio courtyard that extends the length of the addition, as well as an adjacent lot that can be used for larger events. 

The Sloane’s floor plan includes 5 interior spaces and 2 exterior spaces thoughtfully named in honor of Kristin’s family members and mentor:

 • Carol’s Office - named after her mom, Carol Bogen Moss 

• Marion’s Kitchen - named after her maternal grandmother, Marion Doris Bogen

• Elizabeth’s Bridal Suite - named after Kristin’s mentor, Nashville event planner Elizabeth James

• Barbara’s Great Room – named after Kristin’s paternal grandmother, Barbara White Fridrich. 

• Eloise White’s Ballroom – named after her great-grandmother, Eloise Holleran White. 

• Rowe’s Garden & Patio - named after Kristin’s eldest son.

• Lydia Bryde‘s Entrance - named after her great-grandmother Lydia Bryde.

King’s Courtyard - named after the King Family and their 5 children.
